Chhatarpur. Samosas are available to eat at many places in the district. But this time the educated youth have found a new concept in samosas. Actually, educated Ravi does not use gas cylinder stove for making samosas but uses earthen stove and wood for making samosas.
Lavkush Nagar resident Ravi Kumar Chaurasia tells Local 18 that he has started the samosa business about 5 months ago. Actually, samosa shops are found everywhere. But samosas are rarely made in earthen stove here.
Coaching in the morning, selling samosas in the evening
Ravi Kumar tells that I have done B.Sc., DCA, and also have done ITI Diploma in Electrician trade. I teach in a private ITI college. I also run coaching in the morning. In coaching, I conduct batches of MP Police and Railways. If students are from villages or towns then they cannot pay much money. Hence the idea of setting up a samosa stall in the evening came.
Cheap samosas are available in earthen stove
Ravi says that delicious samosas are available here for just Rs 5. Whereas samosas are neither available everywhere for Rs 5 nor do they taste delicious.
Samosas are sold out within a few hours
Ravi told that he opens the samosa shop at 3 pm and runs it till 9 pm. During this period approximately 1600 samosas are sold.
Ravi tells that apart from samosas, chilli pakora, paneer pakora and mangodi are also available here. But samosas and moong dal mangodi are in highest demand.
